Privacy policy
Ask Mio is operated by Internet Solutions, UAB (Lithuania). We process your account data, your chats and the files you upload only to provide the service. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Germany). Your chats and files are never used to train AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings or by writing to [email protected].
What we store
Account details, chats and messages, uploaded files and generated images, memory facts you or Mio saved, projects, usage (points) and billing records.
Sub-processors
Hetzner (hosting, DE), Cloudflare (network, image generation), PayPal and Stripe (payments), and AI model providers that generate answers — only the conversation text, attached file excerpts and image prompts needed for the answer are sent, never your account details.
