Delete your data or account

This page explains how to delete your data or your whole account in Ask Mio (published by Internet Solutions, UAB).

Delete specific data without closing your account

1. Sign in at app.askmioai.com.
2. Chats: open the chat menu (···) and choose Delete. Deleting a chat removes its messages, sources and generated images.
3. Files: files are attached to chats and are deleted with them.
4. Memory: open the 🧠 Memory panel and remove any fact, or switch memory off.
5. Projects: project menu → Delete (chats are kept).

Delete your whole account

Settings → Delete account → type DELETE. Your account, chats, files, memory, projects and team data are removed immediately; invoices are kept as required by accounting law. You can also e-mail [email protected] from your account e-mail and we delete it within 3 working days.
